In order to attract new industrial building projects and investors, the owners commissioned a leave-behind that would complement their current brochure but act as a more concise overview of their work.

Images of their completed industrial work are the main focus on the front of the leave-behind, with more information about the company and projects featured on the back. The color scheme and type specified in their brand standards guide were used in order to help maintain brand consistency. 

Additionally, I proposed the design of three follow-up card mailers, which present more information and follow a similar design language as the leave-behind. Each card focuses on one project, which gives the owners the option to send a more specific project as a follow-up, along with a personalized note. These were created to fit in a standard #10 envelope, with the hope that the recipient would hold on to the card.
